NON TRANSPARANCY

The medicine department at Medihelp has a policy stating that members cannot get access to their medicine formularies.
The only way we can get any information on what medicine is or is not paid for by the the scheme, is to eather call in to the Call center or make an apointment with the network Doctor.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND ILLEGAL!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO TRANSPARENCY TO MEMBERS?

How do they expect me to see what medicines are coverred for what conditions in the event that i wish to upgrade my option. This leads me to think that they don't pay for even the basic medicines required.

It's still January and allready i'm regretting having stayed on this option. I'm starting to think this Medical Aid preferrs to cater for the uneducated and ignorant people of our society.
