Someone needs proper training-ref:020513QX8MZK

At 1st i was extremely happy opening a medical aid with Bonitas for me and my partner, submitted all the necessary documents needed. i thought that was all that was needed, i even sent a consent email for them to debit my account beginning of May, then to my suprise, i got an email saying a written consent was needed, i took the initiative ti give them a call, i spoke to a lady, i dont remember her name who informed me i needed to go to the police station and make an affidavit or our policy wont be debited (i have never heard of such) she then made me hold and confirmed with her supervisor. i said okay, i didnt have time to go so i thought well, my policy will have to start in june when i have time to go to the police station. To our surprise, bonitas sends a message on 02May 2013 saying they will deducted on 02May2013 since the 1st was a holiday, how can one be so uprofessional, arent those messages suppose to be sent a few days before the actual deduction date? i phoned and spoke to Mandy who was a bit fussy, she said her supervisor needs to listen to call, they will get back to me, im still waiting for the "supervisor" and guess what, the premium debited an empty account.
