The therapists are lovely and friendly ladies, but 3 out of our 4 therapists were not well trained.
Massaging with an elbow up your spine - ON the bone,
Painful Pedicures, over-buffing of nails, and improper sanitisation of instruments
Pulling your hair out and breaking your hair during a head massage and pouring huge amounts of oil over your head, so that it drips off.
The 2 or 3 Jacuzzis that were working were lukewarm - NOT hot; Steam room dirty & stinky,
Cold showers.
We feel that we have paid for an unacceptable service. We have been given NON TRANSFERABLE vouchers that are NOT VAILID ON A WEEKEND to return, but this is just not possible for us - it would take a year or two for us to find the time to return - and would NEVER be able to go during the week.
We feel completely cheated - we should be offered a refund.
