I just want to share my experience of this "company". A couple of months ago we handed in my Xbox to be repaired by this company. So initially they said it will cost R500 to repair it. After a while they said it will cost R900 to repair it. This amount was out of my budget at that time and we said we will repair it around September 2015. We asked for the handling fee and when we can collect and they said they will keep it for us. We were unsure and asked if they are sure it will be safe and they said in 6 years they have never lost an Xbox. We agreed that they can keep it there. so in Dec 2015 we emailed them to ask if they can go ahead to the Xbox for R900 and they said they disposed of it. Clearly on this company's T&C's they state that when they NOTIFY a customer and they do not collect after a month, they will dispose of it, I have never been notified to collect. Now as it stands, I don't have an Xbox anymore after trusting this company. They have no proof that they disposed of my Xbox. So it's easy to say sorry we through it away on trash day, but then you used the parts to fix other Xbox's or you fixed it and sold it.
So basically I will never get my Xbox back or know if it really was disposed. But what I do know, is that I will not recommend this company to anyone, and that I will be taking this matter further.
