Paid for my TV on the 19th November 2012, and only received feedback today, 15th January 2013 that my TV has arrived at the store and I should come and pick it up.
I have made numerous phone calls to the store and the service I have received is appalling. They do not return your calls, or simply do not answer their phones.
After all the inconvenience they have put me through they still refuse to deliver my TV and they said that I will be charged a delivery fee if I want my TV to be delivered.
They have no intention of servicing their clients and they are quick to lay blame on a third party.
