Service Centre never answers!

Hi

I have been calling the Hisense Service Centre from the number on their website all day! Every time it just rings forever or just cuts the call off without notice. Yet I still get charged on my phone bill!

Does HiSense in South Africa even still exist or have the company gone into liquidation?!
