Very bad customer service and communication

We ordered a Blackberry Playbook for my daughter - she paid it herself with hard earned money, but iGear has no interest in delivering it to us. We have been waiting for almost a month. We live in a remote area, but have no trouble with other internet suppliers. The order is usually here within a week. They made false promises three times and I haven't seen a waybill or a courier yet. They said they only delivered in our area on a Thursday, I asked them to deliver on a specific Thursday, they promised they would, but nothing came. It frustrates me to no end that you can't reach them by phone and that inspite of a promised 12 hour respond time on e-mail queries, they dont reply within that timeframe. I'm very concerned that this won't be delivered at all. They don't have a physical address either. Please stay away and rather use a reputable site like Shop and Ship, Kalahari or Loot.
