I work in the ICT industry and have come to blows with many a supplier for poor communication. I understand that things go wrong with stock but leaving a Channel Partner without so much as a phone call is ridiculous.
I browsed around the AppleBerry website [URL Removed] for a while and found most of what I wanted out of stock. I set a notification for stock arrival and went my merry way, naturally expecting never to hear from them again. Amazingly though, I got a mail 2 days later to say the items were now in stock.
I placed my order of around 6 items and made payment (on a Sunday evening). Moments later I got a generated mail thanking me for my purchase, standard of course. Then, Monday morning I got a personal mail from a staff member, Thariq Shaik, to tell me my package had been posted.
The turnaround time between finding an unavailable item and having a staff member let me know my items were shipped was phenomenal. I then mailed to ask for an item that was not on the site and got a mail within about an hour apologising that they did not have it and that they would continue looking.
It is really good to see a company that engages so well.
Well done guys!
