I called to enquire about repairing a light fitting that is out of warranty. After an email address didn't work and I contacted head office, I was called by Peter, based in Cape Town, and looked after like royalty thereafter. I received a brand new transformer, delivered to my door within two working days - at no charge!
My emails were also followed up on by Neville at head office to ensure I had been helped.
It was the most refreshing, surprising turn of events in a country where customer service is often not on suppliers' agenda. Thank you Zebbies, all involved, for service that has made my year!
