Bad customer service and want my money back

I got a pair of vogue sunglasses (V02669S) ( on Thursday the 21st of November and on Saturday the 23rd they snapped (broke) on the side and they fell. I then called the shop where I brought them which is in Menlyn and I was told that I stretched them too much and why did I buy glasses that don't fit (wow). The lady who assisted me by the name of Naledi I did not get her surname as she advised it was not relevant and I should deal with the head office and was so rude and such an attitude and it was so surprising to get such customer service and left so much questions in my mind but more puzzled than anything else. I then contacted the head office in Cape Town and was assisted by a gentleman by the man of Shawn who got the courier company to come get the glasses so that they can them. three days later i get an email from the company telling me that they will not fix the glasses until i have deposited R 360.97 as this is not covered by warranty. i have had the glass for two days,!! the rude manager calls me and tells that they will send them back as they will not keep them and i will make a plan on my side. what kind of brand is this? really regret eva walking into this store
