Trying to make me pay more for a fully paid item

Dear Customer.

WE are sorry to inform you that our supplier (Russell Hobbs) has had a major price increase in the Russell Hobbs RHCM5-JUG with the new stock that has just arrived in.

The price has gone from R85.99 to R135.99.

WE can offer it to you for our cost of R109.88. This will mean that you would need to make an additional payment of R23.89, Alternatively we can refund you.

We again apologise for this inconvenience as we are also upset with our suppliers for doing this to us.

This was sent to me on the 6th of March 2013.

The item was fully paid for on the 14th of December 2012 and was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks. At the time of purchase there was no indication that stock was not available so I bought the item thinking I would receive it by the 31st of December 2012. What a rude awakening! I've sent numerous emails trying to get my parcel but no success.

Trying to pass the buck to your clients just goes way beyond bad service!!!

I will definitely never buy from this company again.
