So on this weeks special they advertised a Stainless Steel Russell Hobbs kettle, thought to myself wow would be a nice house warming gift for a friend of mine so i decide do drive there. Getting to the store looking at the kettles on their shelve i couldn't seem to find the Stainless Steel Russell Hobbs. A staff member approached me to find out if there is something she can help me with, so i ask about the kettle advertised. She responds by saying it was a mistake in the advert and they did put a notice in the window. Do you really expect me to go to your shops window everytime i get there to look for notices of mistakes on your specials? That's unprofessional and I feel you have to give me the advertised model at the advertised price. Noted that there was 3 mistakes on your flyer this week plus one advertised item which was not in stock because of a late shipment or something. If it's not in stock don't advertise it.
