I would like to lodge a complaint against PEP store, I bought a phone HisenseU605 on the 28th of March 2025 and it didn't work properly. I returned it the following day on the 29th of March 2025 and asked for a refund as I didn't want the same phone because it was obvious that I would experience the same thing. When I bought the phone I asked if I will be able to browse and do everything that a smart phone does, and I was told yes to my surprise when I went to return the phone the manger there said I was specific as to why io was buying the phone like if I wanted to log into my lotto star and anything else I was going to do on the phone. The manager then refused to refund me and he said unfortunately there is nothing he can do. I left the phone there and still didn't get my R400 back. I have been complaining, sending emails with no assistance. I just need to know what to do and if I can sue them .. On top of it when I asked for the manager the guy said he was the manager but he didnt have a name tag on.
