They sold me a fridge that is not 100% working

I bought a fridge, and it started giving me problems within one year after I purchased it. I reported it, but they keep telling me they can't find the problem. They told me that if it happens in the future, I should let them know. I did that, but they keep saying they will contact me. However, I'm not getting any response from the shop or any way forward.
