Needed a new bag for a Trimtech Blower/Vacuum. The store where I bought the unit had none in stock. They said they would order one for me but in the interim I discovered there was a Trimtech repair centre near me who kept spare bags. I went there and bought one for R119. Later the store phoned to say they had a bag for me so I went to collect it and was charged R89! When Trimtech Sales dept in Durban were asked why the difference? they suggested I take the R119 bag back to the repair centre, get my money back and buy another one from the store!
