STOPPED CHARGING DURING DECEMBER 2022, TOOK TO THE BRANCH ON 10 JANUARY 2023
THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK AND PHONE ME.. NEVER PHONED., WENT IN NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT NOT CHARGING AND THEY WOULD SEND TO JHB AND LET ME KNOW - AGAIN NEVER PHONED
WENT IN AGAIN YESTERDAY AND AFER QUERING WAS TOLD THAT HAD BEEN SENT TO JHB, WOULD FOLLOU UP AND CALL ME -AGAIN NEVER PHONED.
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH VOLTEX SERVICE, ACTUALLY TOLD A COLLEAGUE WHO HAS PURCHASED AN INVERTER FROM THEM, THAT HOPEFULLY SHE NEVER NEEDS AFTERSALES SERVICE, BECAUSE NON EXISTANT!
MY QUESTION IS WHY CAN A PRODUCT UNDER GUARANTEE NOT BE REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT AS IS THE PROCEDURE WITH OTHER RETAILERS; EG- GAME
