I visited Zeda Umhlanga on Tuesday 3rd September 2013, with the intention of buying a vehicle. I had the misfortune of being attended to by a salesman by the name of Norman. I had my BMW there, which I wanted to trade in, Norman filled in the vehicle evaluation form and inspected my vehicle. I was told by Norman that he would phone me the next morning to advise on what trade in offer I would get. I waited till 13:43pm
the next day (4th September 2013) and I had not heared from Norman as yet. So I phoned Norman, who told me he would call me back in 30 minutes. It is now the 6th September 2013, and I still have not heard from Norman as yet.
I wish I could say that i have received bad service but this is no service!
I have bought many vehicles in the past few years and have never encountered a Car Salesman who is not interested in making a sale.
I have also been a loyal customer of Zeda of the years, but thanks to Norman that will change.
