We have been complaining about our washing machine for nearly 2 months now. We went to lewis Krugersdorp and spoke to a guy with alcohol on his breath and he tild us to speak to the manager and when we did he told us that we must not worry about the noise We must use the washing machine as is as long as it still comes on we must use it until it breaks completely. We pay a lot of money for our goods. We have a 5year maintanance plan but still nothing gets done. Can we please get our washing machine replaced because I am waiting a long tume to get it fixed. I have 2 babies in the house and we are struggling with their clothes. Krugersdorp branch used to care about their customers but they don't anymore and the people there dont want to help anymore.
