I recently made a purchase from Communica and sent the product back after it stopped functioning as expected within a year. I cant acted their customer care and it took almost 4 month to resolve by not honoring the warrantee. They keep blaming their suppliers and took no responsibility. Even after following up weekly no-one ever made the effort to follow up with me or contact me. It was a constant struggle to get hold of their customer care staff.
