I have been to Foto Digital World in the Kolonnade Shopping centre in Pretoria on several occasions. I have bought some items, but on most occasions I only asked for advice or assistance with product specifications, pricing etc.
The personnel are ALWAYS extremely helpful and gives professional advice, even if it does not necessarily involve a sale.
This attitude has made me buy from them, even if their price was not necessarily the lowest in town, as I know that their positive and professional attitude will also be clear in their after sales service.
