On Tuesday around midday, I received an email with my tracking number (as purchases over R250 receive free and prompt door-to-door delivery).
I received my parcel early this morning (Wednesday) and am extremely happy with all the products I purchased. I also received a free sample of a similar and intriguing product which I never even knew existed, which means they really do put effort and consideration into their service and products to suit your individualistic needs. I even received a 5% discount for my next order.
They also have a great website, easy to navigate and very informative on the products available and what you see on their website is exactly what you get, which is just the way it should be!
I have had absolutely no issues with this 1st time experience with 'Faithful To Nature' and am exceedingly satisfied with this company.
