I wanted goods from their firstshop online store but was unwilling to give credit card info due to past experiences with other companies. I contacted sales and Hendry assisted immediately completing my order for me and providing EFT info. the goods were delivered within a day of order placed and feedback was given on a regular basis during the process. I will definitely deal with Firsttech especially Hendry again.
