Ordered a Canon lense on 5 November 2012 for R2000 - Received good, but not Awesome price. Delivery was shown as 24 hrs. Had a tracking site for the parcel - so all good
After 20 DAys, chased our 'friend' Henry and Threatened to cancel the order. On the Same day I get a mail from 'Cylex Express' to pay Customes duty on products not orderd, plus Customs Handling and Customs Clearance. of R4000. I know Customs - you normally pay about 30-35% at most of product value, so this flagged it as a 419 . Notice that the courier company has changed to Cylex Express - no longer exists.
I have notified my Bank to notify other Bank. I have cancelled my Order with Heny and Asked him to refund.
