My Galaxy S4 was only giving about 2 hours battery life. I went to Samsung next to Nicolway. I was politely shown to my parking space upon arrival. Then shown to the Samsung shop. Upon entering I was greeted by 2 ladies. I started explain the issue and the one took my phone and checked the battery. She immediately called one of the guys to bring a new battery. A minute later he was back with the battery. She put it in my phone and said have a nice day sir. All in all about 4minutes in the shop and all was resolved. Thank you for service as great as the products. Samsung for life :)
