Well I gave you my report about a month ago so I am not going to do it again but would just like to tell Samsung you are horrible when it comes to customer service because I have a huge problem and you did not even do the effort to phone me so go back on my history and see what I had to say and let me know what you going to do. other wise hallo Pieter will not be good enough any more and I will take this to the next level.
