Firstly the pricing is wrong on the contract that I was considering. Secondly the consultant makes a mistake on the 'new' system and selects SIM only. Thirdly Cell C takes 2 working days to reverse the contract - seriously? Finally Cell C reverses the mistake, but guess what? No consultant available today to process the upgrade. Yet another day without a phone. If only a cheap phone could take a micro sim. I expect more from apple especially considering their advertising campaign "upgrade at istore, where else? ". What a horrible experience.
