So much for paying for and Android phone that dies

Good Day

i am a very unsatisfied customer at the moment. in August 2013 i bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 i though it would be the best thing since sliced bread but little did i know i would be put through so much by a dam phone. Mind you i pay for that every month insurance included, it was only 2 months old and it had to be taken in for repairs, it was then fixed but 3 weeks later i am facing another problem. This is an Android phone worth R9000 how in does it start to act up within 3 months of purchase yesterday it was taken in again because it switches itself off, if it does not do that is stats making sounds like a broken radio on top of that nonsense you charge the dam thing cause it forever has a low battery 30 minutes down the line it switches off when you switch it on again the battery is flat... LIKE REALLY NOW? WHO SHOULD BE PAYING FOR SUCH? I REQUEST THAT I GET A NEW PHONE BECAUSE I REFUSE TO BE PAYING FOR SUCH WHATS NEXT? HAVING IT BLOW UP IN MY FACE?
