My battery began swelling 3 days ago. It switches off with 50-70% battery power and then has 0% left after the restart. After the tumultuous process of finding their phone number and having the phone ring a few times without them answering. I speak to a consultant who says it is not a guaranteed swop out and they will take 2/3days to assess the phone. My problem is this:
This is a known issue with the S4, why does it take that long to assess and furthermore I expect them to swop this faulty battery out immediately. Ive posted my phone number below, but no use in trying to call me as my S4 will probably switch off.
