I'm sure you and I both know why I am writing, I won't bother to go into detail about how my battery is swelling, and that your Johannesburg service centre has no idea when I called them when they will have replacement batteries in stock. Other manufacturers will post out the battery, and place a hold on your credit card until the faulty product is returned. Surely you can implement a similar strategy. I've got a long journey to make on Thursday and will likely only have 4 hours on full charge. My journey is 14 hours long.
