Received go pro 3 Tuesday 5th, Nov opened wrapping tried camera not happy because hard to exchange batteries etc. Went onto nett discovered go pro 3 plus is out, rectifying that problem. Phoned Thursday advised Michael of the problem who said would return my call but did not. Phoned Friday spoke to Michael and he ASKED IF I HAD taken the camera out of the packaging. Obviously I had, how else could I try the camera out. He advised that company policy could not exchange for the go pro 3 plus, even though I wanted to pay in the difference, because I had taken it out of the packaging. The gopro 3 plus fits the gymbol made for the DJI choppers which I have 2 off. Their deliveries have always been tops pity when it comes to backup service they fall down.
