Messing things around in my house

I booked an appointment for repair with Blingstallation since they are the one's who did an installation at my house. The date for the repair was today 17 October 2013. Technician (Shaun) who came to fix the connection called me as he felt that I am the one who was responsible of breaking the connection hence he said that they will not fix my connection. I had a problem with that however I felt that I cannot do anything about it. I then come back to my house hoping and thinking that everything is still the way he found it. Only to find that he had fiddled with my connections and swapped the two cables around. I wanted to record something that was playing on TV and could see that it is NOT recording. I called DSTV for assistance and when they told me how to fix the problem that is when I realised that he had swapped my cables around. Is this how Blingstallations do business? Is this how they treat their customers? Coming into my house to fix the problem but only bcoz we did not agree, then mess things around in my house. How do I even know what else he had done? What kind of a service provider gets into the customers house and do what he had done? That is such disrespect.
