My Television decided to stop working on Saturday evening.
After calling the contact number (several times failing to get through) for Samsung in Pretoria and explaining the situation, I arranged for my TV to be picked up so it can be repaired. I am promised every time that they will call me back to arrange a time of when the TV will be picked up. This doesnt happen and I have made over 15 calls to them over the last 3 days.
It has now been almost 3 days and I still dont know what and what they are going to pick up the TV. I feel that this is unacceptable because I specifically paid -R800 extra for the extended warranty. I am fed up... I have always been a fan of Samsung and my whole flat is basically Samsung.
What do I have to do to get a response?
