Dear Apple Inc., I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years which is a rather large accomplishment in South Africa, where your products are only used by the elite and hipsters trying to show they are ahead of the game.

However in last two years, I have seen a decline in your service and quality if products. I bought a 15" MacBook Pro Retina with a Thunderbolt display for work. Since working on a PC just did not cut it, after my long use of Apple.

However, I am a month out of warranty and now I am asked to pay 75% of the actual cost to replace the Thunderbolt Display. Please can you show me where the logic is? Are you really trying to push up profits the terrible services and pricing that is just plain day-light.

Look at the attached Quote I received, if you go an check the serial number you can see when the warranty expired. [URL Removed]

Please could you sort out the back end services.

I feel Steve Jobs, would be rolling in his grave for such horrendous handling of his company.
