My family and I would like to thank Derek Wood and team from the bottom of our hearts. He is an honest and professional person, which is so rare these days. His attitude and advice is all about customer service and delivery. Derek and his staff were fantastic with the way they went about completing the job. The patience, honesty and reliability displayed by the team were excellent. The weather was not kind during the course of repairs but the work was completed on the day promised due to brilliant planning.
The following work was done on the fibre glass pool: stripping; resurfacing; removal, replacing and adding of paving; old pipes replaced; added a salt chlorinator; uplifted pool motor and electrical wiring placed safely. The pool area was cleared and cleaned of all rubble which was removed of my property.
