I have been searching for a Wii Sensor Bar (sold seperately) at several retailers in KZN, where I am based. I then sent an e-mail enquiry to [Email Removed] which is the address I found on the Nintendo Wii Support Centre website, on 14 Sep 2013. I received a response from Vumile Sibande from the Core Technical Contact Centre on 16 Sep 2013, advising that The sensor bar is ONLY available at a service centre based in Jet Park, which doesn't assist me. I then responded back to Vumile via email on the 16th of Sep reiterating to him that I am based in KZN. To this he responded that there is just the one service sentre, offering me no other solutions. I emailed him back immediately advising that I need to complain about this poor service & he has to date not responded to me with a resolution. Surely an international brand such as Nintendo should offer better solutions to their customers' queries & complaints. I require a resolution to this matter urgently & perhaps Vumile needs to be trained to better solution clients instead of ignoring them.
