On 5 Dec 2012 my TV stoped working. Sound but no picture. Booked TV in at MMALL electronics on the 6 Dec. On the 10th Tshidi phoned me and told me that there is an internal crack on the screen and are waiting for autorization from Samsung. On the 31 Dec I phoned Samsung call centre and Barry told me that the TV is repaired. Then phoned MMALL who told me it's not repaired and that there is now an external crack. I went to MMALL who could not find the job card. Could not show me the external crack or external damage. Had to leave the TV there to check the hours that the TV worked. After a week Sylvester phoned, told me TV is externaly damaged and not covered. Ask Sylvester to speak to his supervisor (Koletso) who phoned me 3 days later. Koletso told me it is physical damaged. On 14 Jan 2013 I requested a written report for all these statements in order to take this matter further. I supplied my email address. Up to today NO report. I've phoned Eben van Rooyen (customer service manager) 5 times from 18 - 23 Jan. Left messages with Bradley & Sylvester. No response yet. From internal crack to external crack to physical damage - WHO DO I BELIEVE? Taking this to Consumer Bureau.
