I would like to express my disappointment with the appalling manner in which you have wasted my time yesterday and today. We have called numerous times with no answer. After 3 various appointments were made and you failed to arrive! Please come and fetch your radio out of my car and repay the funds that was paid to you. I will not do business this way nor will I support a company that treats its clients this way. As a business owner, I know what customer service and ethics are all about... and I sincerely hope you learn those qualities so as to better your company.
