I used blingstallation last year for my home in Lynwood and I was not entirely happy with the installation. I emailed the service team from their website and within minutes they contacted me and arranged to send a team to relook at my installation. At the end of it all, they really went out of their way to give me what I wanted. To be honest I was unreasonably difficult with them because I thought that they were like the other installers here in Pretoria.
I got my mom and dad a new HDPVR as a present and I chose to use blingstallation again. My dad was blown away by their service and my mom even made the installation team tea with cookies. Tea and cookies may not sound special to most people but please understand that my mom only takes the cookies out for her grandchildren so I guess that whatever these guys did, they did it good enough to win my mom over.
My dad stuck his warranty certificate on his wall in the lounge because this is the first certificate he ever received, lol. Little things mean so much sometimes. Thank you to the entire team. I should have posted a comment last year but now is better than never.
BTW, they finished in 50minutes!!!
