Very bad image for LG SA -Rude no customer care

The Manager can not be reached at most times and when he is reached he has a terrible attitude and is very rude, raises his voice for something he has no idea about therefore the reason why his staff displays the same attitude. They do not have a clue between the few of them of what is going on. Takes 2 and a half months to attend to repairs without being able to confirm what must go on, does not advise customer of progress or non thereof, never returns calls and emails. Gives a printed piece of paper copied off the inter net without any stamps or signiture -only obtained after a performance. Just to take to a service provider and eing rejected. LGSA please look into that store performance in order to maintain the LG name -or else you will be loosing valued customers who once believed in your products
