I've been purchasing goods via online stores including e-bay, [URL Removed] and bid or buy for years now. There's always the coldness you get from certain sellers that makes your transaction a case of buying bread at a local supermarket - just another client, just another item sold. This was not the case when I did my most recent purchase on Bid or Buy. The seller have2have knocked me out for a six! I ordered an item that was extremely rare, and not for sale in SA other than through have2have. I jumped at the opportunity to buy it directly from them instead of struggling with e-bay sellers. Despite my hesitance because my worry that other online shops selling via another online shop might not be such a good idea, it was worth it. The service I got from them was superb. They always responded to every enquiry, their friendliness put me at ease that my order was in safe hands. They even upgraded my order from counter to counter to Courier - free of charge! Best of all, I got my purchase the day after it arrived in SA. Instead of waiting weeks, the friendly courier service stopped at my door the next morning. WOW - what a great lot to work with. They went the extra mile for sure!
