On June 8th I took my galaxy s4 in to Samsung Pretoria to have my cracked screen repaired under ADH warranty. 5 weeks later I collected my phone on the 10th of July with the screen not fitted properly on the handheld, the alluminium has a crack in it, the part that holds the battery is bent and now my battery only lasts no more than six hours even without use. I did not send my device back because my 2nd warranty would have expired then. I am very disappointed in Samsung and I believe I can demand a new phone as it is more faulty now than before. I have spoken to a consultant and emailed my complaint to [Email Removed] with no such luck.
