I made an appointment online with the waterfront istore (4 days waiting list) I went in & they gave me my machine back after 30 mins & told me that it was fixed. I got home & it wasn't. I tried to phone the store, but this is not possible because there is no direct line to them only a call center & a email, which I mail fearing I would have to wait another 4 days - [Email Removed]
I returned back to the store the next morning. The tech department there had my machine for an hour. They returned the machine saying that it would work but that I should return it after the weekend so they could have the workshop do a hardware check to make sure things were 100%.
I returned the machine after the weekend & was told it would be fix within 24-48 hours.
It's been more than a week. I have been to the store twice since (5 x total), I have sent a number of emails to management and [Email Removed] and no response. I have spent hours on the phone with the call center which quite frankly is a joke.
I have not come across such a disjointed & unorganized company in my life. Shocking!
