Extreme frustration!!!

I purchased an iHelicopter from Cats which upon being charged up, just didn't work at all. It had been a birthday present for someone, so this was very disappointing (it also had a broken strut, we discovered). I returned it on the 11th June and a refund was processed. I was assured the money would arrive in my account in a day or two by EFT. After a week, still no money. I was by this time overseas and so had to deal with Cats quite expensively via international calls. Again and again, I was told they would look into it. They then said it had been paid and would be in my account the next day. nothing. Then they said sorry, it hadn't been paid yet although internally they were told it had, but now it REALLY WAS being paid and it would be in my account the next day. Again, nothing. The last time this happened was friday 28th, and still no money. I actually can't believe this. Shocking incompetence!
