My GPSMAP failed which was not a good experience but the reality is that these things happen with even the best equipment. Dealing with these not so pleasant events truly reveals the nature of a supplier. This is where most disappoint. I can honestly say I am VERY pleased with the service I got from Garmin and the most important, the efficiency. Thank you Charlene, Louise and Stefan. I have had an excellent history with Garmin and I will never buy any other GPS.
Simply the best in all departments.
