Shocking service from SA Safe. They refused to come back to finish the installation, saying that they "left the rivets with us on site". What am I supposed to do with this? I PAID FOR AN INSTALLATION, NOT HALF INSTALLATION. The Sales Manager, Jimmy Tsimenoglou is extremely rude, we had to call and e-mail for a month, for the installers to come back and say "oh, this was an unfinished job".
They don't know how dangerous it is to have a malfunctioning door at the main entrance of your house, that is why they do not care. After they make the sale, they deliver a terrible service.
Rather go to FENSTER, they have a better quality product, offer great service, and you won't have to deal with this gentleman Jimmy Tsimenoglou.
