On 31/05/2012 I reported that my stove got damaged by a fire, I contacted JET Appliance and was put through to Technifix. They came to Harding on 14/06/2012 I paid R150 for Call Out. I received a task number 135698.On the 13/07/2012 I phoned was put through to Moregeshan and he said that they were awaiting spares ie the switch holders & Pilot light. I Called Moregeshan again on 02/08/2012 - he said next week, I called 26/09/12 he said during this week, same story on 05/10/12, 16/10/12. On 18/12/2012 I spoke to Aldalf and he said he was awaiting insurance company to get back to them. I spoke to Charmaine 23/05/13 she said she would call back, I again spoke to Charmaine on 31/05/2013 and was told she would call back. I am now fed up its been a year and my stove is still waiting to be repaired. Shocking service
