No contact, deducting in ignorance

In November 2012 i received a statement of an outstanding balance of R3816.64. it is now June 2013, if i paid R748.61 from November 2012 upintil April i come to the amount of R4491.66 if i add the month of may and June where i paid an additional R1286.10 i reach the grand total of R5777.76 now if we deduct R3816.64 from
R5777.76 we come to R1961.12 that i over payed, we can't contact ct international, they don't respond to e-mails and the phone is always, busy, i received an sms demanding the payment for June, witch was deducted, please assist me in getting my money back, so that i can finish my business with this company.
