I was thoroughly disappointed when I went into the iStore today to enquire about the iPhone5. I asked specific questions on the phone which I was doing for research purposes.
I was basically belittles in the sales assistants responding tomy questions by saying [URL Removed] The sales people were barely paying attention to me when I simply needed help. There were no other customers instore yet they still had the audacity to basically ignore me and do their own thing.
I will never step a foot in the store again. And they certainly need to get their facts straight on the products they are supposed to be selling! It doesn't seem like they know very much. Even saying "I'm not sure to some questions"
Please sort the sales consultants customer service out.
