My Samsung TV was repaired by Samgung Brand Store at a Cost of R5000 (apparently the screen had to be replaced?? No visable crack in the screen it just did not switch on - this was very questionable??)
On installation at home with the repaired screen it was discovered that the screen was now completely cracked.
On returning it to the store the Salesman agreed (after a long debate 2 months) that it could be repaired but I had to pay another R1300 and the remaining R2600 would be shared by the Store and the Samgung factory.
On collecting the TV I was then told that an invoice could not be given to me with no apparent reason. An argument then broke out even with other customers in the store threatening that they would leave their purchases and leave the store it I was not given an invoice.
Only after this was I finaly given an invoice.
I suspect that there has been in this transaction.
