This is the second time that Uniterm is refusing to repairexchange a faulty product that's not even 4 months old. After they tested it and confirmed its a product fault, they refused to do anything about it because the Manager doesn't feel like it.
I would not recommend them at all and my company would never sell any of their products anymore.
